M1NT Class Line-up

YOGA:

(60 mins) Starts at 9:45 am on Mondays. Primary lyengar/ some Ashtanga to help you develop flexibility and balance.

KETTLEBELL COURSE:

(30mins) A hardcore session using kettlebells and body weight exercises which will increase endurance and strength in a full-on workout. This course starts on May 3rd and will run on Mondays and Wednesdays for 6 weeks.

Members: $59.00
Non-members: $79.00

SWEAT INTENSIVE COURSE:

(60 mins) Awesome, fun, high intensity cardio based workout.  Any fitness level welcome. This course starts on May 3rd and will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 6 weeks.

Members: $99.00
Non-members: $125.00

BOOTCAMP COURSE:

(60 mins) An intensive course running on Tuesday and Thursdays for a set number of weeks.  Classes are held at Hagley Park and all must register before starting the course. Please email: fitness@m1nt.co.nz for upcoming dates.

BEGINNERS PILATES:

(30 mins) A combination of repeatable exercises combined to help you condition a stronger core.  This class must be first attended if never having done pilates with M1NT before.

ZUMBA COURSE:

(60 mins) See what the buzz is about...get fit while having fun. Course dates are to be announced, register your interest now. The course starts on June 1st and will run on Tuesdays at 6:00pm for 6 weeks.


ADDITIONAL CLASSES:

M1NT will be actively adjusting the class times and class types to create an exciting schedule for their members.

DETAILS ON THE CLASSES:

Yoga and Pilates are single sessions and cost $15 for non-members, $5 for members. Concession cards are $120 for 10 classes.

Group Personal Training Courses are for a set number of weeks and must be paid up front before commencement.
